Review

This is the third book in the Forbidden on Fruit Street series, and I really enjoyed it!

I found Poppy to be such a relatable character, plus, her cooking soundedย absolutely amazing. It took me a little longer to warm up to Wyatt, but I did love how protective he was of Poppy.ย

Story-wise, the pacing was great. I really enjoyed the slow burn of their romance, you couldย feelย the tension between them. One thing Iย didnโ€™tย love was all the secret-keeping between Poppy and her best friend, but I was happy with how it was eventually resolved. And one of myย favoriteย moments? Poppy standing up to herย psychoย ex – so satisfying!ย

Overall, this was such a fun read. It had all the elements I love in a romance and was perfect for a cozy, relaxing escape. Highly recommend!
