The Friday 5: Five Books I Want to Read

Happy Friday, and welcome back to Friday Five!

If you’re new here, the idea is simple: every Friday I share five bookish picks around a different theme. Sometimes it’ll be books, sometimes characters, tropes, playlists, adaptations, or anything else that gets us talking.

This week’s theme is: Five Books I Want to Read

Whether you’re looking for your next read or just fancy a bit of bookish chat, here are my five picks.

The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon

For some reason this has only just come onto my raider, but Iโ€™m excited to dive into this series.

A Court of Splintered Harmony by Sarah J. Maas

Probably one of my most anticipated reads, very much looking forward to going back to Prythian.

Too Cold for Comfort by Nisha J. Tuli

I love this author and I read her other contemporary romance at the beginning of the year and it was excellent so this is a high priority read.

The Secrets of Clarence by Devney Perry

Very intrigued by the premise of this one.

The Poison Daughter by Sheila Masterson

Iโ€™ve seen so many recommendations for this one, keeping my expectations low though, Iโ€™d rather be surprised than disappointed.

Your Turn!

If you have a blog, why not join in? Write your own Friday Five, whether you choose this week’s theme or come up with one of your own, and leave me a link in the comments. I’d love to read it!

Not a blogger? No problem! Share your five picks in the comments and let’s keep the conversation going.

I’ll be back next Friday with a brand new theme!
