Review
I downloaded this book on a whim hoping it was going to be amazing, the synopsis was really intriguing, and I was really looking forward to reading something a bit different.
Unfortunately, I was left disappointed. Dylan our FMC is solo boring!!! I thought she was going to be this badass, but she just complained a lot and seemed so stupid at times. I did not connect with her at all.
The romance element of this book was painful, the miscommunication troupe was strong here and it did not work for me. The spice made me cringe and felt unnecessary.
Ultimately what annoyed me the most is that we don’t even find out fully what happens to Brent Wilder which was the whole point of the story.
My Rating: 2/5 🌟🌟
