[#2] The Sunday Review

Welcome to my bi-weekly post where I update you on what I’ve been up to.

What have I been doing?

The last few weeks haven’t been terribly exciting. I’ve mainly been job hunting. Last week I decided to reactivate my original Bookstagram account, it’s been fun getting back into posting again. I’ve even bought myself a planner to help me organise all the things I want to post about, I do love the Booksta community, most people are super supportive and it’s nice to meet like-minded people on there. You can follow me here if you are interested.

The other thing I’m trying to get back into a routine of doing is running and just general effort to move more. I’d love to lose a little bit of weight but I’m trying not to get too hung up on that.

What I’ve been reading?

I’m finally out of my book slump! I have read some really good books recently:

  • What I Should’ve Said by Max Monroe
  • Hate Mail by Donna Marchetti
  • When the Moon Hatched by Sara A. Parker
  • The Dixon Rule by Elle Kennedy.

3 out of 4 of these books were amazing! When the Moon Hatched has just so good! Reviews will be coming soon.

What I’ve been watching?

I watched Players on Netflix a couple of weeks ago and it was sooo boring, I purely put on because I liked Tom Ellis. The plot was so predictable which was disappointing. I also rewatched Work It, just because I love dance movies.

TV-wise, still watching MAFs Australia. I’ve also watched a few episodes of Fallout on Amazon Prime, its great so far, and I’m really looking forward to watching more.

I’m thinking of trying to incorporate more book-type things in these posts, possible new releases and any other relevant book news.

Is there anything you’d like to see added to these posts? let me know in the comments.

That’s all for this week. I’ll see you next time!
