Review
This was my first Tessa Bailey book, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I picked it up because the Blurb really intrigued me, I love true crime as much as the next person mixing a murder mystery with romance piqued my interest.
I thought the story was very well written, this book felt very long even though its only 290 pages. I thought the romance between the two characters was very quick to happen, not quite instalove but the attraction and connection was there immediately. I loved that I didn’t work out who the murderer was so that was great, it kept me interested all way to the end of the book.
I enjoyed both Taylor and Miles I thought their characters were well written and fully developed. Their interactions were always highly entertaining, I loved the banter! But my real favourite was Jude! Who is Taylors brother, he was so funny and just a delight to read.
Overall this was a great little book, and I’m glad I decided to give this author ago.
